HI, I’M HEATHER.

I’m what you might call a jane-of-all-trades or a multi-passionate entrepreneur and I have opened and closed several successful businesses. Ask me what dog training, rock hounding, and coding have in common—you won’t be the first! From 2019-2024, I ran a dreamy li’l brick and mortar shop called Freehand Market. I absolutely loved running a shop, and it also landed me in a long lasting phase of total burnout (I’m still actively recovering, TBH).

When it was time to slow down the pace, I closed Freehand and focused on consulting, which is my current passion. Now I’m on a mission to help other small business owners to wrangle their businesses.

While I was never a rodeo queen, I am a lifelong horse girl and when I’m not working on my laptop I am often mucking stalls. I’m a 6/2 Projector according to Human Design, a 4 wing 5 according to the enneagram, and a Cancer Sun, Pisces Moon, and Gemini Rising according to Astrology.

I am fascinated by the intersection of intuition and data in business planning. You’ll often find me asking both intuition-driven questions like “which option feels more right in your gut?” and data-driven questions like “how does the conversion rate compare for those two options?” to get to the bottom of the next best move for my clients.
