• Three 90 minute working consulting calls per month (e.g. the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Mondays of the month from 10am-11:30am) Note: these are *working* calls, not just talking calls. If we are adjusting your customer journey, we will be mapping it out in a spreadsheet live. If we are optimizing your clickup or your website, we will be making the changes live. 

• high caliber templates tailored to your unique systems (don't worry--nothing that looks pretty but doesn't actually function!)

• a follow up email + recording after each call (with notes, homework, and applicable resources)

• unlimited slack support between calls (on your slack or mine, whichever works best for you)

Where it happens: Calls happen on Zoom, templates are provided in one of: Notion, Clickup, or Google Docs/Sheets depending on your preferred systems. Between call support happens on Slack (yours if you have one, mine if you don't).

In my experience, done-for-you services can be either too specific (you only get a Clickup setup, but they don't look at your other software so nothing works together; a web designer helps with your website, but doesn't talk through the whole customer journey so the site doesn't actually convert, etc) or disempowering if someone sets something up for your business and then you don't know how to use it moving forward. 

On the other end of the spectrum, DIY courses and youtube university can only get you so far.

Sort of. It’s a coaching/consulting hybrid. Meaning: You won’t get a fluffy coach telling you to just mindset your way out of your very real problems OR a consultant forcing your business into their framework. You’ll get the best of both worlds without all the BS. We get real work done in our sessions to move your needle, and I can be your cheerleader too!

Super valid concern. I’m a software agnostic business systems strategist. We will very likely review your tech stack and tweak it as needed, and I might make recommendations or give you templates, but they will be based on your needs, not a specific software I force on you.

This is a great question, and one that most business owners ask themselves at some point. I can say from my own experience and helping lots of different small business owners, that it’s extremely beneficial to have an objective opinion weighing in on things. You can’t see your business clearly from the inside—nobody can.

And, being a small business owner is often lonely, confusing, and overwhelming. Having regular sessions with someone who gets it can be a balm for all three.

I don’t think you need a business coach, but it certainly helps to have someone in your corner. And when it comes to SBR, you get an active coach/consultant combo who really helps you hammer out all the pain points happening behind the scenes, which is an investment in the sustainability and longevity of your business.
